Details: Origin: North Afghanistan Age: Circa 1960 Dimensions: 3′ x 5′ (approximate) Description: This Pile Bukhara Rug has 8 famous Gül (flower) symbols in the center. While the symbols are from central Asia, the rug itself was hand woven in North Afghanistan. Usually the best hand crafted rugs come from this area. The colors have been intentionally washed and faded to match more modern styles.
